Live Demo Patient Lost 3 inches in 45 Minutes
LOSE 1 INCH IN 45 MINUTES
GETS SHOWCASED LIVE AT 3D LIFESTYLE LAUNCH
AUDIENCE IN PRESENCE & VIEWERS ONLINE GET A REALITY SHOCK AS UK’S 3D LIPO TECHNOLOGY SHOWCASES LIVE, A PATIENT LOST 3 INCHES. WE STAY COMMITTED TO OUR PROMISE, LET’S MAKE PAKISTAN BEAUTIFUL.
The Federal capital witnessed an eventful evening where the audience was left nothing short then mesmerized. 3D lifestyle; licensee of the original Non-Surgical 3D Lipo technology finally launched in Pakistan with 10 clinics in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.

3D Lifestyle introduces the ultimate combination of advanced technologies offering a complete & prescriptive approach to non-surgical face and body treatments in Pakistan.
Unlike any other treatment in the Medical Aesthetics landscape; 3D lifestyle, with their revolutionary-technology, performed a Non-Surgical fat loss treatment that took to the hearts of those present and millions online. When it showcased LIVE treatment session by Living up to its staggering claim of “Lose 1 Inch in 45 Minutes”.
The event was conducted at La Chirurgie in F8 Islamabad, which in every aspect is Pakistan’s premier and busiest Aesthetic clinics set up by Dr. Humayun Mohmand and his Partner Dr. Armeela Javed and their team of highly qualified Dermatologist, Cosmetologist and Plastic Surgeons.
Dr. Humayun illustrated that 3D lipo’s ULTIMATE device comes handy for fat loss- skin tightening- facial lift and rejuvenation, all with no surgery or injectable. He further went deep into the science of Non-Surgically breaking up of fat cells through the most advanced Cavitation process where quad transducers ensure ultrasound waves cause severe disruption of the adipose cells, thus breaking down the fat cell membrane where this content is then disposed of the lymphatic system and the liver. The uniqueness of Cavitation is that you can see results from the 1st treatment!
Crylolipolysis also specifically targets fat cells Non-Surgically, by lowering the temperature to -6o; it pinpoints the content of the fat cells and causes a crystallization: no other structure is affected by this process like cavitation the remaining content disposed of naturally. Crylolipolysis delivered results in 4-6 weeks and works excellent on all stubborn fat!
Radio frequency is another important function of 3D Lipo using advanced quad polar technology; radio frequency enables not only skin tightening for the face but also for the body! The concentration of collagen fibres and the regeneration of the collagen and elastin deposits tighten the skin layers creating a smoother, healthier and younger-looking skin.
With the smile on his face, Dr. Humayun with all his excitement said: “the combination of 3D lipo’s industry standard protocols produces great results and I am delighted to be the first one in Pakistan to come on board with visionaries like Jawad Qureshi to introduce this to my patients.”
All eyes got glued to Mr. Jawad Qureshi; the Founder and CEO of 3D lifestyle when he took centre stage “It’s an emotional day in my life! I once was 290 LBS and I felt the isolation in the society; today, I take a moment to thank those who are constantly working to innovate technologies! this is not just looking slimmer and younger, this is about to change and with 100 clinics soon to be launched in Pakistan, I trust our
beautiful citizen will always stand out from any crowd” Mr. Qureshi also emphasize on how important it was for 3D lifestyle to strategically launch with doctors who give attention to detail with best practices and no one could have been a better pick then Dr. Humayun Mohmand who without a doubt has grandfathered himself in the Medical Aesthetics landscape of Pakistan!
Finally, the wait was over when Mr. Jawad Qureshi requests Dr. Humayun to announce the result of the change in the abdominal circumference post-treatment raising curiosity among the viewers!
Sure enough, there was a huge roar in the audience as magic had just been surfaced when Dr. Humayun announced and unbelievable circumference reduction of 3 inches of that patient over just a single treatment session! For many, it was beyond
comprehension and bloggers sent videos and tweets that went viral in seconds across the national social media platform!
No one was more excited than the patient who underwent the treatment! Here is what he had to say “it was certainly history and I am in total shock! I owe a debt of gratitude to Mr. Qureshi and I want to thank you to everyone at 3D lifestyle especially
Dr. Humayun for educating me on the treatment not just by the procedure being non surgically pain-free but with no such risks and complications I can now hope to lose the 5 inches I always wanted to and go back to my teenage size”
At the very end it was surreal to feel the energy that was reflecting from the attendees and how the transformation in the healthcare phase evolved where a patient who in today’s in age has no time to work out or manage a diet, can simply take 45 minutes session during an office break and lose an inch of belly fat Non-Surgically.

TCF honours its 12,000 strong female faculty at Annual Teachers Awards 2017
Karachi, December 08, 2017: The Citizens Foundation (TCF), Pakistan’s leading education sector not-for-profit organization held its annual Teachers’ Awards ceremony to recognize and encourage the dedication of its teachers and principals. After multiple award ceremonies held in the major cities of Pakistan, the final awards ceremony concluded here in Karachi. The event was attended by more than 4,000 teachers and principals of Karachi and interior Sindh along with the head office staff and senior management. The awards were presented by TCF’s CEO to the teachers who exhibited the best performance this year.
TCF employs 12,000 female teachers and principals across its network of 1,441 schools in Pakistan. This makes TCF one of the top women employers in the country offering a female-friendly work environment. These teachers and principals are the backbones of TCF’s education movement teaching more than 200,000 students every day to help them become true agents of positive change. A fleet of 800 TCF vans embarks on the journey of enlightenment every day to transport the female faculty to TCF schools in remote areas, making quality education possible for the children of less privileged areas.
“TCF largely owes the success that we have achieved so far to our teachers. A good teacher can build a future of a child and change his life for the better. A good principal can run a school with discipline and empathy for her students, guiding them in the right direction as and when needed. All the principals and teachers associated with TCF that I have come across are resilient and inspiring, to say the least. They invest a great deal of time in their students to not just impart knowledge but also contribute to teaching the moral values.
They take ownership of their students and nurture them as their own children. Today, I just want to tell you that I am so proud of the hard work you put in to help these children so devotedly and selflessly: you are putting the building blocks of an enlightened Pakistan,” said CEO & President of TCF Syed Asaad Ayub Ahmad.
The awards were presented to 1,400 teachers for extraordinary performance this year in the following categories:
1. Service and Attendance awards
2. Teacher Competency awards
3. Board / Matric awards
Special awards were also presented to the students with exceptional performance in the matric board exams 2017.
Speaking on the occasion, Riaz Kamlani, VP overseeing education outcomes said, “At TCF, everything operates under a certain thought process. We believe in operating differently to achieve different and better results. Being one of the leading organizations empowering women, we feel it necessary to provide a comfortable environment for our teachers. Hence a special emphasis is placed on training them regularly for continuous improvement. The improving results of our students and their success in professional life is a testament to the dedication of our teachers.
On this teacher’s awards, I also want to highlight that TCF school curriculum promotes an interactive, child-centred teaching approach with emphasis on hands-on activities that help children learn, question and enjoy the learning process. Our teachers with their ambition and commitment enable the children to learn and understand this curriculum based on the learning needs of the children who represent different ethnic backgrounds.”
TCF understands that specialized principals’ and teachers’ training is a prerequisite for imparting quality education in all its schools. While teachers have a direct impact on students in classrooms, principals affect all students in the school. Our training team, therefore, aligns an extensive teacher and principal training programme every year. For teachers, the modules are designed based on their training needs assessment
ranging from Classroom Management to Motivating Learners to Usage of Visual Aids. Principals, on the other hand, receive training for effective school leadership. Their training includes courses like Communication Skills, Conflict Management, Delegation, Prioritizing and Taking Action. The objective is to produce and sustain a positive learning environment that generates strong learning outcomes in classrooms, ensuring students’ academic success. TCF believes that good teachers are its greatest asset and will continue to invest in them for the best education outcomes.

Google launches Datally, an app that saves your data
Google launches Datally, an app that saves your data
Brand new app Datally helps Pakistani Android users understand and control their mobile data to get the most of their data plans
Karachi, November 30, 2017 — Today Google announced Datally, a smart and simple Android app that helps smartphone users understand, control, and save mobile data. Datally works on all smartphones running Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and higher and is available today on the Google Play Store globally.
Datally helps solve one of the biggest pain points for smartphone users around the world — worries about data usage. Google found during extensive user research around the world that many smartphone users worry about running out of data. This is an especially acute problem for the newest generation to come online, known as the “Next Billion Users.” Not only are these smartphone users constantly thinking about data balances, but they do not understand where their data is going, nor do they feel in control over allocating data to the apps they really care about.
Datally empowers users to solve these problems with four key features:
Data Saver. Apps frequently use data in the background for updating content and information. Datally’s Data Saver feature lets users control data on an app-by-app basis, so that data only goes to apps they care about. People testing the app saved up to 30% of mobile data, depending on the way they used Datally.
Data Saver bubble. Once Data Saver is turned on, Datally’s Data Saver bubble will appear when a user goes into an app that is allowed to use data. Whenever that app uses data, the Data Saver bubble will show the current rate of data usage, and users can easily choose to block that app’s data use if things start to get out of control. The Data Saver bubble is like a speedometer for mobile data.
Personalized alerts. Datally alerts users when apps start consuming a lot of data, and it allows them to see how much data they’ve used on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Wi-Fi finder. There are also times when users want to use more data than they have on their mobile plans, such as when they want to watch HD videos. Public Wi-Fi is an important access point for high-bandwidth connectivity, so Datally’s Find Wi-Fi feature reveals the networks nearby, rated by the Datally community. Once connected, users can rate the Wi-Fi networks themselves based on their own experience.
For more information visit the Datally website: datally.google.com. -
